Last Day of August.

Happy Independence Day to Malaysia :)

 I know, I know. I've always complained about how I don't like Malaysia bla and bla. But after coming to Aussie, taking in the cold weather, eating the don't-know-what-not-so-nice-food, I find that.. I do miss Malaysia somehow! xD

Today's the last day of August!

 TIME! Y U NO SLOW DOWN?!

Today's the day that I submitted the most important assignment of the year. My Psychology essay! With 2387 words and loads of hard work, I finally finished the dang assignment! :P

Normally my assignments were submitted online but this time we have to do it in hard-copy. When I dropped the 10-paged essay into the drop box, I heard a "thump" and I feel like I'm gonna faint. That was it. I just submitted a 15% assignment. I was relieved but at the same time I am worried as I don't always do well for my assignments and this is a totally new topic for me. Hopefully it'll be alright :)

My cute cousin brothers. Look at how they've grown! Ohmygawd. I miss them so much! Miss their annoying-ness xD

My sister mentioned the yellow pyjamas and I remembered. The many-generation pyjamas. If I'm not mistaken, there're still photos of ME wearing the yellow pyjamas xD And my sister and cousins have worn it too! Lol! The good old times! :D

Met up with Siok Yee and Kah Loong after two years for the friendship that brought us together four years ago :) Glad to know that they're fine and busy with their degrees. I hope we will be able to meet up again in the future :)

I am so so relieved to have finished my psychology assignment! Nothing feels better than this! :D Now its time to focus on other things. I have spent way too much time on this assignment.

Tests and assessments are coming. Week 6 is coming. Half a semester passed, just like that! Whatever happened to "having a good time" in uni? *sighs*

人生犹如一场茶局，充满洗具（喜剧）和杯具（悲剧）。

I hate studying. Seriously hate studying. But I understand that if I choose not to study, I'll be destroying my own future. There're people who can succeed in life without studying but I am pretty sure I am not that kind of person. 

Giving up is not a choice either, I've gone so far.. This is seriously stressful :/

These books are for one damn assignment. I've never studied Psychology before and this assignment is contributing 15% to my final exam paper. Langsung don't know where to start and its due in two weeks.

Studying is not fun. Not fun at all. 

Can't wait for September! Although the exams starts in September but at least I'm done with all the assignments!3 more months. And I'll be home. 3 more months, it ain't that long, right? :]

Fun Needed,

A few uni-mates came over to le house for a pot-luck event last Saturday. I have no idea how did the idea came about but well.. Personally, I think it was really fun :)

Its a pleasure to get to know all of them better. It was a crazy and joke-filled evening :)

I'm Here, You Know.

When I came here in February, I have to say, I don't know how to iron my own clothes, I don't know how to operate a washing machine (this is humiliating!) and I don't know how to cook.

Although I am not really religious, but I do believe that everything happens for a reason :)

The four months I stayed at my uncle's house really shaped me into a more "skilled" person. I know how to do almost everything from cleaning to cooking. 

What I am most proud of is that I CAN COOK NOW! :P I can't say that I can cook delicacies but I can definitely cook edible food and I am able to feed myself (which I think is the most important part! :P) Here's some proof!

Its fried rice without oil, that's why it looks a bit porridgey. Lol. But it tastes exactly the same as normal fried rice :P

It may look disgusting but hey, I should say, it taste way better than how it looks. I thought I was gonna die if I eat it because it looks shitty -_-

Btw, don't get scared at the amount of eggs and all, it's usually cooked for two people + next day's lunch. So it looks a lot :)

I shall be a good girl and go cook for my parents when I am back in Malaysia! Since they don't cook at all :P

Hello, August :)

I am back on my exercising routine! *thumbsup!* Haha!

I.Need.To.Get.Rid.Of.The.Excess.FATS.

I've reached the maximum weight (a number I've NEVER seen appearing on the scale in my 19 years of life) and it is somewhat embarrassing. Oh boy.. I shall shape up before it gets obvious!

Instead of taking public transport, I've decided to walk to uni everyday. After all, I am walking through a park, away from the polluted highways. And I bought myself a bike. Itsmynewbaby! So I don't need to take the public transport and worry about the super expensive fares!

More exercising and cut down on my huge appetite! :)

One Awesome Month.

Tomorrow's the 30th of July and then it'll be the 31st. Without a thought, it's gonna be the 1st of August. Even though I've said this like a million times, I still want to say it one more time - Time Flies!

It has been a month since I've moved out of my uncle's house and I must say, this is the by far the best month  I had in Australia! :) I am really thankful that my parents gave me the permission to move out to this townhouse. Because now, I feel that I have anything and everything to look forward to. Even waking up early in the morning is something worth looking forward to. To me, I feel like I've been given a chance to savour freedom and that feeling is.. Well.. Fantastic! :D

Tell me about it, it is only the first week correction, the FOURTH day of a new semester and I feel like I am  ready to dig my own grave. My gawd. But then again, complaining won't get the job done!

Jogging + No Sweat = No Fun! 

My Nike Runners are so worn out the soles are falling apart. Nike, why you so expensive here?! I have to wait till I get home to get a new pair of runners. Haih. So my dear Nike Luna, please tahan 5 more months kay?

Time for Psychology - I know no-head-no-tail about this subject -___-

Have my fingers crossed for the next 3 weeks!

After week 3, I am so gonna give myself a few days rest!

First day of the new sem:

1. Awesome - Get to see le friends' faces and chat like mad! I miss all my friends who went back to Malaysia! Finally, they're back and can hang out liaooo! :D

2.

It was SHOOOOOOO borh-ringggg! I nearly slept during the first lecture itself. Not because I am not attentive but before its all introduction - who is teaching what and when we have this, when we have that, that kind of stuff. It is all in the intro notes anyway, so Amanda Ng and I, well, we're sitting side-by-side but we're Whatsapp-ing each other on the phone. Amanda Sek was listening attentively but I think she gave up in the end and started typing away on her phone as well. Haha!

A fresh new start :)

I have practical class on the second day of uni, what fun eh? Most students are so lucky, they get Tuesday and Wednesday off. I only get Wednesday off this week :( Any how, I shall finish my last drama and hopefully, I shall start studying. One more semester and I'm gonna go home! :D Bought my air ticket already! Can't wait to see everyone back home! Just a few more months! :))

A New Start.

My lifeless days are about to end. This week's the last week of the holidays. Next week's the start of a new semester. I don't know what to feel. Should I feel happy? Or should I not?

Even before the semester starts, I already have two assignments waiting. These lecturers are SOOOOOOO efficient. My goodness. And loads of notes to print and which, I spent $200 on a new printer and ink cartridges today. *I cried on behalf of my pocket*

Oh well.. I really should enjoy the remaining days of my holiday. Shall work hard for this coming semester! Easier said than done, hopefully I will put in much more effort :)

Out of boredom, I decided to do my nails. The middle finger and the ring finger's supposed to be purple but looks like black in the picture. Nehmind lah, just for fun :)
