Freaky Friday.

What would you do if you see two students holding this?

That's what Alex and I did.
We took the board and walked around Taylor's hoping that people would dare us to do something! XD

I can't really remember who was the first to dare us that day.
But here are some photos :)
And the photos here are not according to order. Idk what happened, its all a mess.
Half of the photos are still with Alex in his cam.

btw, here are some other awesome projects presented :)
The girls are from my physics class and I am so sorry to say that I still don't know their names as I have never spoken to them. lol.
They are working on egg-less cookies :)
Think its impossible? No, its not.

Kimberly :)
her project is about Ballet.

Idk who is she, but I know her project is awesome xD

A robot that actually cleans the floor like a vacuum.
and its 'hand-made'

a parachute debut :)

Uzma :D

waiting for people to get us to do something.

we were both dared to take the weights from TeckChoon's project and run one round around Taylor's car park and obviously, I cannot do that because the weights are approx 10kg and hello, that's almost a quarter of my weight already. So Alex did the dare. Give him some credit la! xD
He seems to enjoy it xD

Jou Ann and Madelaine (Idk if I spelled it correctly).
They're asking us to do some eh-heh, impossible stuff.

trying to negotiate.

5 rounds around the carpark. fine, its acceptable. :P

I remember this dare well.
Alex is to put an umbrella on the D Floor (4th) stairs and I have to run up to get the umbrella.
Freaking stairs. lol.

With Vincci.
I kind of make her dare us something. Lol. Sorry!
We need the names, we need the dare x(
btw, that's Rajinesh in red :) He came to help us :)

Then Dhivagar dared me to run up the stairs all the way to D floor, BACKwards.
I almost fell back on my bottom a few times. -.-!

The next dare was worse.
I forgot who was it but see this.

we were running in front of the Taylor's Placement Center's "balcony".
Kind of embarrassing because everyone can see what we're doing, after all, we're so super bright xD
and the placement center staff actually walk out and stared at us. whoops! heh!

other dares:

frog jump

Run like a dog!

It was seriously exhausting.
I can feel the pain on my thighs.

Watermelon eating competition.
Dhivagar in blue.

Gross! :P

The guy in dark blue won the match.

Now for Mok Hong's dare.
Alex gotta piggy back me all the way up to C Floor.

striking neon green wey!

My Biology lecturer, Ms Param dared Alex and me to run to C Floor and back within 3 minutes.
We thought 3 minutes was not enough, we sped up the flight of stairs and run across the hall way and back down again only to realize that we only took 35 seconds! lol!

If they can touch the bulb on top, Olivia's gonna give them 5 bucks! xD

This is not a dare, but more of a favour.
We went out of college and to Take Away to buy bubble tea for Ms. J and Ms. Low.

They even treat us a cup each xD
Thank you Ms J and Ms Low :)

Our last dare by Shannan and Shirley.

our cameraman, ZhiKai (idk how to spell his name. :X)

Research Project Showcase Day ended with Tug-Of-War by the Fitness team and any random student :)

Despite being tired and sweaty, Aaron, Shien Wee and I decided to go Sunway for a snack before going home.
We dropped by My Honeymoon.
It was not bad but a lil pricey.

okay, finished with the photos.
Now I am hungry :P Ciao people! :)

Previously..

Tests, tests and more tests.
Lately, I never left Taylor's before 9.30pm.
There was too much work to do and I know I need assistance. (I am not smart)

4 of us with 8 calculators.
4 of us using 2 big round tables.
4 of us taking up 8 chairs.
It was a mess.
The cafeteria at night was full. Everyone was studying there, some even in the pyjamas xD

Remember how we always learn reflux in secondary?
Liebig condenser etc? This is how the reflux apparatus looks like :)

The well-known Liebig condenser.

Research Project's not over yet.
I am still running while writing my reports and stuff.
Idk how many weeks ago, I entered my parents' company's run on behalf of them.
Bukit Jelutong is definitely not the ideal place for running.
my exhausted face :P and my dear mom! :)

My mom, me and my dad x)
in case you're wondering where is my sister, she's in school :P

these are the requirements for the research project and hell, I have less than half of them. Whoops!

Maths has always been a question mark.
I was never on good terms with numbers, not now, not ever.
I didnt even get an A+ for Add Maths so how to cope with all these?

Mr. Tharam was too fast. I couldn't catch up with him so I might as well take photos of what he wrote on the board and copy them at home. Like Mr. Low once said:"VISUALIZE!!!" XD "Copying is the work of a nurse, be a doctor, not a nurse!" XD XD

btw, that's Mr. Tharam on the right :P
btw again, he is YingJing's mentor :)

The thing about studying at SS15 is that I am growing horizontally. and that, is BAD!
SS15 is like food heaven and one can never stop eating here.
and heh, that's what I did, I kept eating.
The more I exercise, the more I eat -.-!

A new *whoops!* my mistake. Two new bubble milk tea shops had their grand opening at SS15 last week.
One is Chatime and one is GongCha.
I think there's 7 bubble milk tea shops now?

Chatime's opening comes with discounts and all so we decided to pay them a visit.
If I am anywhere near rich, I will come here at least 3 times a week! lol! (I know its not really healthy but hey, I can't resist food :P)

a candle for the first 1000 Large sized drinks sold if I am not mistaken.
This is ShienWee's, not mine.

Went to Lakeside Campus last Monday.
Group study again.
and, you know la, I am hungry! xD

Lakeside in one way or another is like super commercialized.
There are so many shops so much so that I feel like I am in a shopping mall instead of a uni.

Angry Birds! xD

somehow, I hope to study there one day.
Maybe next year? :P

More homework for research project. *sighs!*

Had a weird talk a few days ago.
Its about presentation skills.
And guess wert, my group have to present on the topic....

-.-!

Had a field trip to Monash University yesterday.
It wasn't as I expected.
Not in a bad way, but also not in a good way.
Its somehow just average.
But it is huge and marvelous xp

the library.
There are actually iPads and Netbooks for rental! lol! and its free to all Monash Students.

imagine, their library is so big, they need this -.-

bean bags?

discussion room

study zone.
I will not study here if I were a Monash student. I'll die of dehydration thanks to no ventilation.

see? One miserable fan for so many tables.

they are actually building a rock climbing wall for the students. Wow!

The residential rooms and suites.

the block for staffs.

on the left, the time in Malaysia, the right, time in Melbourne.

The labs.

Frankly, I'd still prefer to study at Taylor's :P
Because Taylor's somehow provide a better environment compared to Monash.
Idk, just my opinion. Not like I can afford to go Monash anyways.
For 20% scholarship in Bachelor program, I have to have an ATAR of 95% and above. Impossible.

Going to Lakeside again tomorrow for Pre-U Ambassador's Camp.
Wonder what is that all about.
Gotta work harder this weekend. Have loads to cover before all the practical tests next week. :]

standing tall.

Hadn't had a good night's sleep since Monday.
Tests and assignments, they never seem to end.

I thought Physics, Chemistry and Research were all due on the same day.
I finished all of it on Monday night, or to be precise, Tuesday morning 2am.
When I reached Taylor's, Physics lecturer was absent, Chemistry deadline postponed and Research lecturer didn't want to see our work.
My reaction to all these were :
1. "WHATTTT?!?!?! I worked all night and its not needed?!"
2. I do not have any more work until next week (or so I thought I didn't)

Assignments never stopped coming.
2 tests this week.
Mr. Tharam said that Maths would be easy and we were dumb enough to believe him. I left 1 question blank :(
Chemistry was not as hard as I thought, just that there was not enough time. I left another question blank :(((
but overall these two tests were okay, I studied the best I could. Now I just hope for the best :]

Malaysian Studies final paper was yesterday. Guess wert, I did not study for that paper at all. I was too focused on Maths. So yea, I don't know how to answer all those questions, none at all. Luckily I still have some memory of SPM Sejarah and that kind of helped me. If not, I guess I will definitely be repeating the subject next semester.

A field trip to Monash today. It wasn't as classy as expected but still, it was awesome xD I don't plan to go there to study though, the price is extremely high, and according to my friends, Monash is located at a snatch-theft hotspot. No point risking my own safety.

I will definitely work harder.
More projects to be handed in and the midyear exam starts in two weeks!
Imma fight for my results!
I want a good ATAR!
(I do study after I procrastinate :P)

Somehow,

Somewhere,
Sometime ago,

I should have knew that this day would come.
